WHOLE THEATRE
Includes Dressing rooms and full stage lighting: £300 per day (+£30 per day for extra show)

Multiple daily bookings (i.e. 3 or more days): £250 per day (+£30 per day for extra show)

BAR / FOYER AREAS ONLY
Sessions are as follows:
9AM - 1PM: £25
1PM - 6PM: £30
6PM - 11PM: £40
Full Day: £75

AUDITORIUM ONLY
£130 per day or part day (No access to dressing rooms and no stage lighting)

BOX OFFICE
Use of the Carlton Theatre Box Office, ticket printing and staff for selling tickets is included in the full theatre hire.

We are not VAT registered so these are the prices you pay.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
ALL HIRERS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT OF ALL FEES PAYABLE TO THE PERFORMING RIGHTS SOCIETY FOR THEIR HIRE.

THIS APPLIES TO ALL PUBLIC PERFORMANCES OF MUSIC EITHER INCLUDED IN A PRODUCTION OR PLAYED TO THE PUBLIC DURING THE HIRE OF THE THEATRE e.g. IN THE BAR OR AUDITORIUM.
They will also need to provide the theatre with a list of all musical items performed, length of item and composer where known. This is a requirement of the Performing Rights Society.

THE EXCEPTION IS WHERE THE MUSIC IS INCLUDED AS PART OF THE ROYALTIES.

This payment will be made to PRS by the theatre and invoiced to you later.

All equipment brought into the theatre must have a current PAT test date.
