Porthcurno Telegraph Museum, Cornwall
A message from Larissa Paver, the museum’s learning manager
“The plan at the moment is to bring a replica Morse code set-up, complete with two sets of Morse keys, bulbs and slightly maddening buzzers, other telegraph related equipment (such as a working single needle telegraph and cable samples) and equipment to demonstrate the principles behind the first telegraph systems. I may well throw in some semaphore flags, dressing up clothes and circuit-building equipment.”
